VCI Emitter

OEPS VCI Emitters provide targeted corrosion protection in hard-to-reach enclosed spaces. It's actually a tiny device that contains VCI chemicals in powdered form that emits VCIs to protect the components inside the enclosure. It is generally used inside the control panels to protect multimeters for up to 5 years.

VCI Powder


The OEPS ARMACORR VCI powder is designed to protect metal surfaces in large voids from corrosion. It's a very raw and most effective VCI chemical in powder form which is generally available in sachets. It is used to compensate for the dosage of VCI in the enclosure. The general dosage is 1gm per cubic foot of the void space of an enclosure.

Clay-Based Desiccant


Bentonite clay is an abundant and naturally-occurring mineral that comes from the weathering and sedimentation of volcanic ash deposits. OEPS clay-based desiccants comprise activated bentonite-based hygroscopic (moisture-adsorbent) substances that are packaged and used to protect a broad range of products from degradation due to moisture, helping to maintain product quality and shelf life. Since it is clay-based it is very safe to use and easy to dispose off.

Silica Gel


OEPS Silica gel is a synthetic material that is a highly porous form of amorphous silicon dioxide. It is typically produced in the form of tiny transparent beads. The gel helps absorb water vapor even in an internal network of random, intersecting channels of various diameters.
