VCI Rust Preventive Oil (Ferrous & Multi-Metals)

The OEPS ARMACORR VCI rust preventive oil is formulated for ferrous & multi-metals alike. On surface application, It initially acts as a contact inhibitor by forming a protective film. The VCI chemicals blended in the oil release vapors that form a protective film so strong, that it remains intact even during handling, thereby protecting the metal from rusting. Using OEPS ARMACORR high-performance VCI rust preventive oil ensures protection from rust to ferrous and most non-ferrous metals, even in high-humidity environments and with day-to-day handling.

Grease Type / Petroleum Jelly Based

The OEPS ARMACORR Petroleum jelly-based corrosion protection solution is a heavy-duty formula that protects metal surfaces even in highly humid conditions. This ready-to-use petroleum jelly-based rust preventive gel is ideal for nuts, bolts, partly machined large castings received from vendors, fabricated items, welded joints, and threaded areas that can only be greased and not oiled. The solution forms a strong protective layer on the surfaces that acts as a barrier against moisture. A protective vapor barrier is created by additives, to keep corrosion-promoting elements like oxygen and moisture at bay. It can also be used for multi-metal protection inside the control panel and all other vertical surfaces.

Aluminium Barrier Foil Laminate Covers

OEPS ARMACORR Aluminium foil laminated barrier cover is a water-vapor resistant tri-laminate barrier cover made up of PET, aluminum foil, and poly having the lowest(almost nil) WVTR (water vapor transmission rate). It has exceptional strength, flexibility, and heat-sealable properties. Aesthetically it is one of the best-looking barrier covers available in the market. It can be converted into a cover of any shape. It is a packing material preferred for seaworthy exports.

VCI & Non VCI Shrink Film

OEPS ARMACORR VCI shrink film is a heat-shrinkable & heat-sealable multilayered film having a maximum width of up to 10 meters and a maximum thickness of up to 250 microns(10 mils). The inner layer is impregnated with OEPS high-performing VCI chemicals and the outer layer can be UV treated based on the application demand. OEPS ARMACORR VCI Shrink film is designed to act as an alternative to the expensive multi-layer laminated flexible structures and eliminates the need for vacuum packaging and dehumidification.

Manual & Machine Grade Cling Stretch Film

OEPS ARMACORR Stretch films are used to wrap pallets of pre-packaged goods prior to shipping. We manufacture standard industrial stretch films where the manual stretch ability goes up to 200 to 300 percent and the machine grade goes up to 700 percent stretch ability.

VCI Multi Kraft Paper

OEPS ARMACORR VCI multi kraft paper is coated with own synthesized high-performance VCI chemicals. It offers corrosion protection for metal parts in shipping and storage and is generally used to protect the precision components.

VCI Multi Kraft Poly-Coated Paper

OEPS ARMACORR VCI multi-craft Polycoated paper is similar to the multi-craft paper except that one side is coated with a poly-film of 15 to 20 microns. It is a high-strength wrapper but is thin enough to be used for the shipping and storage of industrial parts. It provides protection from humidity, corrosion, and also from other natural perils. We can also make VCI Polycoated paper in attractive printed patterns to suit branding needs.

VCI Film Laminated HDPE Woven Fabric

In this case, the HDPE woven fabric is laminated with PE film that is impregnated with Oeps Armacorr VCI chemicals.
